By accessing or using the Cyber Trading University portal, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related policies linked in the portal. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
CTU may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms.
Eligibility and educational use only
The portal is intended for adults who can form legally binding agreements. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the portal.
CTU provides education only. CTU does not provide investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, brokerage services, fiduciary services, account management, or personalized recommendations.
Courses, live trading rooms, workshops, Q&A sessions, recordings, market commentary, community content, trade journal tools, watchlists, and examples are for general educational and informational purposes only.
No financial or investment advice
Nothing in the portal is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, option, future, currency, crypto asset, or other instrument.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, orders, positions, risk management, compliance, taxes, and any consequences resulting from actions you take based on portal content.
Account responsibility and no account sharing
Each account is for one user only. Account sharing, password sharing, seat splitting, or unauthorized access is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. CTU may suspend or terminate accounts that appear shared, compromised, resold, scraped, or otherwise misused.
Memberships, payments, and access
Portal access may depend on active memberships, subscriptions, trials, course purchases, workshop registrations, event registrations, and other permissions.
Access may be reduced, paused, or revoked if a subscription expires, a payment fails, a chargeback is filed, an event is cancelled, or CTU determines access was granted in error.
User-generated content and moderation
The portal may allow messages, replies, reactions, direct messages, screenshots, files, comments, notes, trade journal entries, profile content, and other user-generated content.
You are solely responsible for your content and conduct. CTU may monitor, moderate, remove, restrict, archive, preserve, or report content and activity as reasonably necessary to operate the portal, protect users, investigate issues, or enforce policies.
Intellectual property
CTU and its licensors own the portal, brand elements, course materials, recordings, videos, graphics, layouts, text, and related intellectual property, except where ownership belongs to users or third parties.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the portal for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, publish, or create derivative works from CTU content without prior written permission except as required by law.
Recording consent
Live rooms, workshops, Q&A sessions, community sessions, and similar meetings may be recorded, transcribed, monitored, summarized, and replayed.
By participating in these sessions, you consent to CTU recording, storing, using, replaying, and moderating your participation to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
The portal may integrate with or link to third-party providers such as payment processors, streaming tools, calendar tools, brokers, software providers, or external websites.
CTU is not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, performance, security, or data practices.
No warranties, limitation of liability, release, and waiver
The portal and all related services are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
CTU does not guarantee profitability, accuracy, uninterrupted service, trading success, or freedom from delays, omissions, errors, harmful components, or losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTU and its owners, employees, contractors, presenters, moderators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the portal.
You waive and release, to the maximum extent permitted by law, claims arising from your use of the portal, your trading or investment decisions, your reliance on educational content, your interactions with other users, or any moderation, access, or service interruptions.
Indemnification, disputes, governing law, and termination
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CTU and its owners, employees, contractors, presenters, moderators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the portal, your content, your conduct, your violations of law, or your breach of these Terms.
Any dispute resolution process, including arbitration if applicable, will be governed by the rules of [Insert Arbitration Provider if applicable].
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
CTU may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk for CTU or other users, or misuse the portal.
